If you like your morning coffee then give this latte a go, it’s got a good dose of protein which makes it a much better breakfast than coffee alone. Good quality ground, decaf coffee is preferable to cheap caffeinated instant, though not absolutely essential. Switching to chocolate flavour protein powder turns this into a mocha!

Method

Heat the milk in a pan or in a jug in the microwave.
Add the liquid coffee and protein powder (or milk powder) and stir or whisk until all the powder is dissolved.
Sweeten with stevia to taste.
