CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI, LEMON AND SESAME SEEDS

  1. Much tastier than a take-away, and much healthier too! Stir fried vegetables make a good accompaniment.
  2. Heat oven to 200°c. Put the chicken and lemon chunks in a large roasting tin, season with pepper, then roast for 30 minutes until the chicken is turning golden. Steam the broccoli, then add to the cooked chicken along with the ginger, the juice of the remaining lemon, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Roast for another 15 minutes until the chicken is golden and tender, and the sauce is sticky.
