- 1 large ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp liquid stevia
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 ml milk

Instructions
- You can’t taste the avocado, it just lends a superbly creamy texture as well as being extremely nutritious. Very quick to make in a blender, or mashing everything together by hand works so long as the avocado is ripe enough.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Divide the mixture between 4 bowls or glasses, and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
